Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your purchase to return your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Newspapers, magazines

  • Personal care items, intimate products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be provided if:

  • Books show clear signs of use.

  • CDs, DVDs, software, video games, and vinyl records have been opened.

  • Items are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company; refunds may take additional processing time.

  • Contact your bank.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact info@DinarShop.de.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit.

  • If the purchaser had the gift sent to themselves, the refund goes to the purchaser.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using trackable shipping or insurance for expensive items.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht - German Law) As a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without reason. Inform us clearly of your decision via email (info@DinarShop.de) or postal mail.

Upon withdrawal, we refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of notification. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. You must return the items within 14 days after informing us, and you bear the direct cost of returning goods.

Exceptions: Withdrawal rights do not apply to:

  • Goods that perish quickly.

  • Sealed goods opened after delivery, due to hygiene reasons.

  • Personalized items or services scheduled for a specific date.
