If you open a customer account on Dinar.de, DINAR is responsible under data protection law for the data stored in the customer account. To the extent that the customer account also contains information relating to the acquisition and processing of purchases from other retailers on the Dinar.de platform as DINAR (partner), DINAR processes this data exclusively for the purpose of managing the customer account.

In this context, RatePay GmbH carried out an examination (including a credit check) to determine whether RatePay GmbH was able to grant the desired payment method.
