1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively intended for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor part of their self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership with legal capacity that acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Dinar GmbH. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries before submitting your binding order at any time using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. We will confirm the receipt of your order by email immediately after sending the order. The timing of when the contract is concluded with us depends on the payment method you choose:
Credit Card
By placing the order, you simultaneously provide us with your credit card details. After verifying that you are the legitimate cardholder, we will instruct your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
PayPal, PayPal Express
During the order process, you will be redirected to the PayPal online provider's website. There you can provide your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we will instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
Amazon Pay
During the order process, before completing the order in our online shop, you will be redirected to the Amazon online provider's website. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon and confirm the payment instruction to Amazon. You will then be redirected back to our online shop, where you can complete the order process. After placing the order, we will instruct Amazon to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
3. Language of Contract, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for concluding the contract is German. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4. Delivery Conditions / Shipping
Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Shipping within Germany and to Austria is free for orders over €29. The shipping cost for delivery to a Swiss address is 6 CHF. The delivery of the order is exclusively through the shipping method.
If a reshipment is necessary due to an incorrectly provided address by the buyer, we reserve the right to charge the shipping flat rate afterwards. The flat rate in this case is 2.90 € / 6.00 CHF. It is the responsibility of the buyer to review all information before completing the order.
5. Payment
We do not offer cash payment at the moment.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Transport Damage
If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please report such defects immediately to the delivery service and contact us immediately. Failing to make a complaint or contact us will not have any consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, it helps us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory warranty rights apply. For used goods: If the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, the warranty claims are excluded. Defects that occur within one year from delivery of the goods can be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.

9. Legal Right of Withdrawal
Information about the legal right of withdrawal can be found here. The legal right of withdrawal is mandatory for both parties. This applies primarily and from the date of delivery for 14 working days.
10. Contractual Right of Return
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal for consumers and users in accordance with clause 9 above, we grant you a contractual right of return. The right of return applies to all items purchased through the Dinar online shop. This applies to all products unless otherwise indicated. For products purchased through other marketplaces than the Dinar online shop dinarshop.de, the respective contract conditions of the respective provider apply. The products can be tried on but should be returned to us in a new condition (e.g., not worn for an extended period). For a return, we charge a shipping flat rate of 2.90 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund.

Our extended return period is 100 days and starts from the order date. Please note that we will no longer process returns that reach us after 100 days from the order date. In this case, a refund is not possible.
Returns that are sent back to the seller without providing the data of the original owner or buyer will not be processed. The items will be donated. Reversing the transaction to the applicant is not possible.
11. Undeliverable Delivery
If, for reasons not caused by us, your order cannot be delivered after several attempts, it will be returned to us. In this case, we assume that you want to withdraw from the contract, which then automatically becomes a refund relationship. As a result, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different shipping method than the standard shipping method offered by us).
11. Discounts, Discount Codes & Dinar Gift Cards
11.1 Discounts & Discount Codes Applicability
Each discount code can only be used once per purchase and per customer.
Only one discount code can be used per order. The combination of different discount codes is not possible. The combination of bundles and discount codes is not possible.
If a discount code is applied to an already reduced offer price (larger packaging unit / bundle), the discount will be deducted from the individual price. Cash payment of discount codes is not possible, nor is any other offsetting or refund of the monetary value of a discount code. Discount codes issued to customers are non-transferable and cannot be assigned. Discount codes are only valid for the Dinar online shop (dinarshop.de).
Validity:
The validity period of discount codes is limited. Discount codes expire on the date stated on the discount code. Extension is excluded.
Minimum Order Value:
A minimum order value is always stated in the detailed information of the respective discount code. In the event of subsequent undershooting of the minimum order value through the return of the corresponding item, Dinar reserves the right to invoice the difference between the order with the discount code and the order without the discount code. Discount codes issued when signing up for the newsletter are valid for a minimum order value of €19.99.
Return of Items:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal or if the goods are returned for other reasons, only the discounted purchase price will be refunded. There is no entitlement to a refund of the discount code or a new discount code.
Offsetting with Multiple Items:
If an order to which a discount code is applied consists of multiple items (shopping cart discount), Dinar reserves the right to allocate the discounted amount to one or proportionally to several items.
Non-Fulfillment of an Order or Delivery:
In the event of non-fulfillment of an order or individual positions to which the discount code referred, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the value of the discount code or entitlement to a new discount code.
Discount Codes via Third Parties:
The redemption of discount codes, vouchers, or other bonus systems from third-party providers such as Miles&More, Paypal, PayBack, Otto.de, or Amazon is not valid. We are not responsible for the accuracy of offers or discount codes on third-party pages.
11.2 Dinar Gift Cards Applicability
Dinar Gift Cards can be purchased through the online shop. They have a value of €25.00 or €50.00, which can be set before completing the purchase. The gift cards are valid exclusively for the Dinar online shop (dinarshop.de).
Validity:
All Dinar Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase. They can be redeemed for all products in the online shop. There is no minimum order value.
Return of Items:
This does not affect the right of return. The specified terms and conditions apply. If a product is returned or refunded, the owed amount will be credited back to the gift card. Payment of the amount to another payment method other than the gift card is excluded.
Return of the Voucher / Dinar Gift Card:
Returning, for example, 2x €25 Gift Cards, is excluded. A full or remaining amount cannot be paid out in cash either.
12. Liability
The above limitations and shortened periods do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents. In these cases, we are liable without limitation:
- for injury to life, body, or health,
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in case of guaranteed promises, if agreed, or
- to the extent that the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the compliance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability is limited to the amount of the foreseeable damage at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. In all other respects, claims for damages are excluded.
13. Final Provisions
If you are an entrepreneur, German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.
